We know that COVID-19 is most dan­ger­ous to the elder­ly and those who are immuno-com­pro­mised.  We also know that peo­ple who are eco­nom­i­cal­ly, racial­ly, and geo­graph­i­cal­ly mar­gin­al­ized, are being made even more vul­ner­a­ble because of this pan­dem­ic. NCAPA Emer­gency Response Net­work
The Nation­al Coun­cil of Asian Pacif­ic Amer­i­cans (NCAPA) launched this site to counter the neg­a­tive effects of COVID-19 impact­ing Asian Amer­i­can and Pacif­ic Islander (AAPI) com­mu­ni­ties. For those seek­ing finan­cial aid, this mutu­al aid fund pro­vides between $150-$400 in cash. The appli­ca­tion is avail­able here, in Ara­bic, Far­si, and Span­ish (it will soon be avail­able in Swahili, Soma­li, and Wolof as well).

The Emer­gent Fund — People’s Bailout
